Pepe the Horseman Bump. 15 games in, and we're 4th. What ya saying? Still a no from me. We should be top again by the time we play Norwich.

Gotta agree although it's far more tempting now. If we can keep the team fit and stay in our groove, we have a very good shot at automatic promotion I feel.

Don't know if I have another play-off heartbreak in me!

I'd still take 4th.

We are reliant on key players being fit and we will get more injuries in view of the run of games

If we stay reasonably injury free we've a chance of higher....

Probably would now, the top 10 have really grouped up now and at this stage, would say we are as likely to finish 10th as 1st.

Why take fourth when we look good for top-six and a serious chance of autos?

Nameless No.
It totally misses the point of what the game is about.
The only reason for the club to exist is to play 46 games, it's not about being 'given' a particular finishing place. There would be no satisfaction, or even validity in such a finish. I want to see us play games and then finish wherever the results decide, anything else is pointless.

I shouldn’t really be taking part in such a stupid thread, but I totally agree with this.

Seems a rather daft and literal response to a hypothetical question meant only to provoke discussion.

Could not agree more. Jesus Christ like. Imagine how he responds when asked if he thinks its going to rain tomorrow?

"The future is entirely unpredictable and lifes meaning is to go into the unknown prepared for all eventualities. The only reason we exist is to face the unexpected and asking to be "given" the future is a sign of mental weakness. I hope you die in a burning pile of faeces you pig headed, brain dead excuse for a human. I want to see how each day happens with an hour of reflection at the end of each day like a true fan"

I thought you had grown out of that sort of silly comment.....
Whyshould a discussion’ involve a choice between black and white options ? Are people not allowed their own interpretation of a question ?
Oddly I don’t seem to be the only one for whom the game is more important than the result and the end point needs to be the result of a journey.
I’ll PM you future posts so you can assess whether they are acceptable.

Another one who just wants a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer.....
At least my original comment was directly relevant rather than the tosh you’ve cobbled together ! :D ,

You’re obviously going through that stage of life where you are trying to impress with big words and eloquence.
You’re missing the point in your pretention, the threads a load of bollocks.

Sorry gramps, I'll run my posts past Word's plain English tool to keep it at your reading level. You know, short simple words and sentences. Whoops, that last word was a bit long.
