Snowflake Royal FFS why did Ejaria back out of challenging for that header in the box. Gave him a free header.not good enough.

Because he's Ejaria.

Have you ever seen him win a header? I haven't.

I mean you definitely won’t if you don’t try. He’s a decent height.

Doesn't fancy them and when he tries, can't time his jump.

Snowflake Royal Absolutely mindless to say data on all headers and shots outside the box can determine that every header and shot from outside the box is a poor chance.

Like astoundingly stupid.

So which of those three chances was above average opportunity from that position? Rinomhota striking a ball first time from the "wrong" side (it's easier to strike coming across the body). McIntyre heading it under extreme pressure from every direction (possibly on the backfoot too, or that might have been Joãos)? Ejaria probably had the cleanest opportunity, but is pushing >25y away.

It's incredibly generous to think either of those were good chances.

Haven't you before made the argument that a 30 yard wondergoal isn't that surprising because these are professional who should be able to do that every time? Where was that "skill" on any of these chances? Or does it only get recognized on the rare occasion it hits the jackpot?

I'm not interested. You obviously think all headed chances and long shots are of equal value because of some numbers on a spreadsheet. Which is nonsense.

Even if they had got the shots on target they would have had to beat the keeper. They were reasonable chances but think expecting a goal from them seems optimistic.

Ejaria, Olise and Joao all poor.

Passing sluggish and far too sloppy.

That's another chance. Wrong choice imo.

It's comical timing. Like watching a toddler learn to walk.

But expecting him to win a header is like expecting Rafael to save a long shot. Or Baldock to score a goal. Or Laurent to not be so handsome. It just can't be done.

I mean you definitely won’t if you don’t try. He’s a decent height.

He does try. Just 3 seconds too late.

Oh is that what he was doing? I thought he was just trying out a new useless skill.

I never said they should all have been scored. I said they were good chances.

Rino should really have hit the target. McIntyre too. If either do hit the target there's a good chance they beat the keeper or go loose to be pounced on. Ejaria's was a better struck effort IMO and less likely as a goal.

Those, the Joao header, Yiadom just now. We've created enough to score, but our efforts on the goal simply haven't been good enough.

It was pretty funny when he tried a few step overs on a stationary ball and the defender just poked it away like he wasn't there.

Preston miss two pens v Cardiff in two minutes.
Nothing to say here. This is far too comfortable for Boro.

FUK OFF Ejaria.

Takes two touches when one and a pass sees Olise in. Instead he's offside because Ejaria slows EVERYTHING down.
