Snowflake Royal I'll be renewing RoyalsTV and would recommend it as a (much) cheaper halfway house that still funds the club for anyone who plans on giving up their ST.

How much for the season?

Doesn't matter if we are in the Prem or the Southern League Div One Central, I'll always renew. It's the buzz of a Saturday innit. Seeing mates, having a pint, celebrating a goal etc... Can't imagine life without it.

Can't believe this is not more widely (ab)used. I 'live' in Holland but somehow manage to get back for all the home games. Even midweek. It's great value for aways.

I'll be renewing my ticket - can't imagine there's many of the 9,000 odd that are left that won't do so. We've been awful since Stam arrived are we're still rocking up every week.

very much this^

Gave up my season ticket at the start of the first covid season after having one forever up to that point. I am not hoping we go down, but if we do I think it might spark an interest in me going back again

Can see a few in a similar situation. You'll need a ST to ensure a ticket for any high demand away game as well.

Never been a STH myself so I'm not really relevant, although I quit watching on Sky red button a few games ago as there is zero pleasure to be had.

My bro however has been a STH for decades and has said he won't be renewing. (Age :D and the 160 mile round trip might have something to do with that of course but still, another one biting the dust.)

I will be renewing. Never let a good day out at the football, be ruined by the football.

Obviously only a tiny sample size with a skew towards non-renewers more likely to reply perhaps.

But still, this looks pretty damning with a roughly 25-50% drop in ST sales. Poor RFC.

Would definitely consider it. Would probably still get Royals TV.

I probably will, depending on manager situation and not too many changes for 1871. Really like away games, and am still going, fullwell knowing the outcome.

Used Royals TV (with a USA vpn) on a handful of long trip away games this season. Lost every one and not seen us score lolololol.

I know I almost certainly will, but that's largely because of have a mate who goes. If he packed it in, I would too.

In two minds this time around, despite having had season tickets ever since we moved to The Madejski and previously paid at the turnstiles for pretty much every game at Elm Park for decades.

The reason? I've become very disillusioned with what professional football has become in England and the financial unfairness of it all, which protects the existing big clubs from 'new pretenders' and is threatening the very future of the whole pyramid structure.

If a combination of the EFL and negative PInceBall relegates us this season, then that may well be the straw that breaks the camel's back and I may decide to switch my allegiances to my local village team playing at Step 9 in the pyramid.

Not a bad shout, could go watch Fleet Town.
