paultheroyal Will do more of a comment tomorrow but what I would say is, god that was an over hyped anti climax Derby if I ever saw one.
Also, and I am not saying this because it’s Oxford, but that has to be the quietest sell out away fans I have ever seen at the stadium. Sang at the start, cheered when they scored and that was about it. Very poor.

Hound I suppose being generous and slightly less annoyed, it’s not a bad point against a team near the top (even though they were bang average)
To limit them to one shot on target is pretty good, though they did have a couple of efforts that went close towards the end
Think their boss did his homework - they had 2 on Azeez every time he got it, gave Vickers no space on his side and clearly tried to limit any attacking intent on our right side which caused all the danger vs Barnsley
Our attacking tactic seems to be give it to Azeez and hope he does something. Don’t see any other patterns in play really. There’s the hoof it up and try to win the second ball thing which is a pretty good tactic if you solely want to win games with U11s but not great in League 1
Didn’t have the best seats last night so difficult to fully judge but thought Craig looked good, Smith/Azeez/Knibbs worked hard as usual without creating a lot, Wing a bit ineffective but great assist
Holmes seemed to do ok except the goal (how many times have we seen him on his arse and the ball in the back of the net from whoever he is marking?) , and him and Abbey have potential to be a decent pairing
Still it was a dire game and almost surreal how quiet it was

Hendo Must've been watching a different game to most as I quite enjoyed it last night.
Wasn't the best, certainly wasn't the worst. Just another game.
Does make me laugh to see so many people* in the lead up to the game saying we're going to get absolutely battered, once they score it's game over, we've got no chance, etc...
Yet, after the game a lot of the same people* are bemoaning picking up a point.
*people being idiots on social media.

I haven't seen a decent team all season. L1 is absolutely shit. You just need to be vaguely organised and be able to pass and tackle a bit.
Did you enjoy our ~20% possession in the second half?

Winston Biscuit Quite enjoyed the first half, 2nd half was appalling.
