Big difference in league positions and form. Grow up.

In their defence, you say this pretty much every week. Or certainly seem to.

It has been going all season. Surely just ignore it or take it in the nature it is delivered? Cannot believe it gets a reaction.

Clyde1998 Add in a conservative(?) estimate of 1,500 Blackpool fans and we could be looking at around a 20,000 overall attendance for this one. Looking at their website, they appear to have been allocated tickets in both the South Stand and Upper West. I'd guess they have an allocation of up to 2,300 at the moment.

The Blackpool forum suggesting they've sold 1,500 with 700 left.

Royals and Racers RFC expecting over 17,000 at the game.

Looking at their tweet, I think they're saying they've sold nearly 17,000 (as of this morning).

Looking on the website, it appears all of the 'matchday packages' have sold out too; not even advertising ringing the club for a private box anymore. There's around 1,000 hospitality seats (in rough numbers: 300 in and around the directors' box; 50 in the central restaurant; 200 each in the two corner boxes; 300 in each of the individual boxes). I'd be surprised if the corner where the away fans are has been sold, but that could be a good 750 there.

Don't know if the club's figure takes into account away fans or not. If so, my estimate remains close - 16,000 sold so far (plus what's been sold in hospitality; disabled areas; players' friends/family in part of G3). Still reckon we're on for over 20,000 come Saturday. 8)

I wonder how many people are coming thinking it may the clubs last ever match.

I don't think it will be but there is a chance and that may be drawing in some people. Just in case.

Pre-exclusivity that was certainly true for me.

I though this was a wind up, so I checked....

It's a really good job you reminded us (me) or I would have been sailing down the A33 at 14:00 wondering where everyone was.

Thanks.

TBF, I've hit the A33 at 2.30 a few times this season and wondered where everyone is.

If we start well and score early it could be a cracking game because Blackpool have got to win so won’t be sitting back with everyone behind the ball, as quite a few visiting teams have done this season.

When was the last time the season ended and we were already excited to come back next season? As that'll be how I feel tomorrow. 20/21 perhaps as we expected fans would be allowed back? But for on pitch reasons, I'd actually go back to 2012. Even in 2017, I knew walking away from Wembley we were likely to return to mediocrity the next season.

Absolutely. Almost 50 years since my first game . If it is to be the last then I really wanted to be there. Hence flying in from Texas .

Brogue Over 20k now expected. Amazing

Incredible isn't it. 8)

Looking at the map:
  1. In the Upper West: GU4 and GU5 have completely sold out, with a single ticket left in GU8 and ten in GU9. GU10, GU11 and GU12 all have decent amounts of remaining tickets.
  2. In the Lower West: G6, G7 and G8 have sold out. G4 has two left; G5 has five left; G9 thirteen and G10 has 78.
  3. In the North Stand, the central areas are mostly sold out (36 or fewer tickets remain). Decent numbers remain in the edges of B13, B14 and B18.
  4. In the East Stand: Y22, Y23, Y24, Y25 and Y26 are all sold out. Y20 and Y21 have 27 and 20 tickets left respectively. Y19 have decent availability.
  5. Club 1871 we know was sold out.
Of those listed on the club website, only around 1,700 home tickets remain across the ground.

Blackpool's website say they've sold over 1,600. Tickets are available on the day for them.

Could seriously be approaching 22,000 for tomorrow - our biggest third tier attendance at the Madejski was 22,151 (against Peterborough in April 2002).

My appetite for football has been thoroughly whetted, so I'm hoping to make this only my second home game in seven years, sick child permitting. Coming Johnny No Mates because of last-minute decision-making, so I'm even tempted to try out the Upper West for a change. How strong is the smell of the prawn sandwiches?
