The only way they won't is if they lose at home to Carlisle and Bolton win and overturn a 4 goal swing. Derby have previous of course - in 2015, all they had to do was not lose at home to 18th placed Reading to make the play-offs - we naturally stuffed them 3-0.
In terms of play-offs.
Peterborough guaranteed a spot for a couple of weeks now but can finish 3rd if they beat Bolton by 4.
Barnsley, Lincoln, Oxford & Blackpool look to claim the other 2 spots:
Barnsley: Equal or better the results of 2 of the other 3 and they are in.
Lincoln: Equal or better the results of 2 of the other 3 and they are in.
Oxford: Better the results of Lincoln or Barnsley. If Lincoln win, win by 5 more goals than they do. If they lose, can still qualify if Blackpool lose and Lincoln lose by 5 more goals
Blackpool: Have to win. Draw will not be enough unless Lincoln and Oxford lose by 9 and 4 respectively.
At the bottom
3 sides in danger after Cheltenham beat the Peterborough reserve side last night:
Cheltenham: Must beat Stevenage (a) and hope either Burton draw or Cambridge lose.
Burton: Win at Fleetwood sees them safe. If they draw, will stay up if Cheltenham lose/draw or Cambridge lose by minimum 3*
Cambridge: Draw or better at Vale keeps them up. Lose and they will stay up if Cheltenham fail to win and Burton lose (or draw with goal swing of less than 3)
* In the event that Burton draw 0-0 at Fleetwood and Cambridge lose 3-0 at Vale then the sides will have identical records. Burton will be saved by a better head to head record. However, if Cheltenham also win then Cambridge will drop as a result,
