I don't think an on-field protest is right at the moment, but what that did was actually demonstrate our grit, the severity of the situation, it was a serious action - particularly for our fanbase who are not known for such things.
A half-empty ground, with a few thousand holding up red cards for 60 seconds just seems so ineffective. We're on our backside, facing relegation, extinction, a major crisis.
