Garcia has faded over time. Still has moments where he looks assured but - unsuprisingly - he's a kid.

Camara is surprisingly productive - 3 goals from about half the games (9 starts, 7 sub).

Wareham was tidy but don't think he got a shot off.

Thought it was Wing's best game in a while and Campbell's best moments were very good.

Probably Craig's best game at RB, ahead of his big money move to Stevenage.

Yeah. It felt he was pushing up and inside a little bit more, when we had the ball.

The other note was we went at it quite hard in the first ten to fifteen. Set the tone of the game.

Good win, a bit uneventful at times and got lucky with the 1v1 Bolton had, but at the same time, they got very lucky that it deflected that way. Somehow still level with 6th.

Not having smith helped us today. In the last weeks we’ve been going long too much. Using smith as a target man and trying to use him as a hold up striker. Can’t do that with wareham. We kept the ball on the floor and looked all the better for it. Odd thing to say but maybe losing smith isn’t going to affect us as much as I thought.

Have to say whilst most of the team played well I was very impressed with Michael Craig. He was outstanding and was very unlucky on the yellow.

I was expecting more from Bolton but they offered very little threat. It looked like a game that both teams were happy with a point until the penalty. We needed not to lose today after the recent run of results and a rare penalty - ironically after Smith goes and our last at Bolton gives us the win.

I expected us to lose badly today so to win felt quite odd, did we really win AND get a penalty?

It's only one game but I did notice this as well. We definitely played it more on the floor.

Kind of agree, but ultimately we'll notice the difference. Smith is a 20 goal a season L1 striker. You get a lot of low quality games decided by moments at this level. Smith provides the moments.

Royal_jimmy Only our first penalty in a home game for over 2 years. Ironic it comes the first game after Sam Smith left

51st game in all comps and 707 days, so less than 2 years.

365 days =1 year
We’re in the second year without a pen
Didn’t we have this with whether games on Sat/Tuesday/sat are 3 games in a week ?

:| over, in that context means more than. 707 days is less than two years. It is in the second year, but then he didn't say 'in two years'

Someone said something wrong, it was corrected.... why try to argue it was right.

Well I didn’t.
But I guess some people just prowl the board looking to turn tongue in cheek comments into fights !
Replacing the word ‘less’ with ‘over’ seems a bit odd.

This is a strong contender for the most petty argument of 2025 and we are only just in Feb!! Top work lads :|

I stand corrected, I`ve been reliably informed that Harvey Knibbs scored a pen in the EFL trophy 5-0 win over Swindon on Oct 10th 2023.
So it`s 707 days since our last league pen at home.

Agree with Brouge not having Smith appeared to help but also agree we will miss the goals Smith grabs.
Wareham was great yesterday not perfect but seemed in the game where as recent performances he appeared to be grasping at things. Hope he can continue it.

Where was that performance in last 3 games, at least when it didn’t work it was because they were trying a pass rather than a. telegraphed pass that ends up being over hit. Wing getting back to himself, Knibbs tireless. Big shout out to Craig he was immense going forward at at the back…Stevenage will have a decent player there!!

Poor scouting by Bolton last 3 games anything into the box we panic or run away so they play the passing game.

Overall deserved, yes they had those couple when they went through but we had the one off the line and had plenty of those nearly moments, As Hunt said need to improve in final third. Kelvin E started to show glimpses in his cameo I reckon he’s not fully fit yet hence last few games been a bit flat. Abrefa should be starting Garcia was ok yesterday but think Kelvin A offers more but to be expected as he’s only 17.

In case don’t get back on here early after the game at Uddersfield, Hunt is out of his depth, he’s clueless and who gave him a 3 year contract

That's oxf*rd appalling

I can't blame them tbh. Even wins are tinged with glumness as this ownership saga looks to be without an end. I'm not sure I'll renew my ST next year. I'm sick of it now and enjoying it less and less.

I`m the same, I`ll definitely won`t renew by the June deadline, I need to see what the ownership status and the squad look like before committing or not.
