MartinRdg I've just got an email notification of a change to Reading FC on the companies house gov.uk website but can't find what's changed. Anyone else got any ideas?
Might it just be the latest posting of the accounts being caught up?

East Grinstead Royal Having read about the winding up petition last night, I thought I would listen to BBCRB to see what Tim or Adie had to say on the subject on the 8.30 sports news. Easily summarised: absolutely nuffin. Adie did come up with some useful information, though. Apparently tomorrow’s game is the first of nine cup finals. Jesus wept.

WestYorksRoyal Forget the legal claims - Couhig clearly still hopes to end up owner of the club. Why else the charm offensive on podcasts?

windermereROYAL I maybe a little bit thick (I know I know) but how essentially does Couhig have the security on Bearwood if he`s never owned it?

Because he lent the club a secured loan.

But it was paid back.

Yes it was. The lawfirm which sent the request to return the relevant documents back, resigned from representing (and now suing) Reading FC, so according to RC he cannot return them. RC is now is also suing Dai/RFC so is keeping them until the outcome of the case in July. That is what I can make out of this mess, but the legal profession is all about how much, money solicitors, and RC is one, can make, so I could be wrong on on my assumptions.

Yes Dai’s original law firm sent the release documents to RC via DocuSign type software. This firm then quit the case leaving RC unable to sign and return them even if he wanted to, which I presume he doesn’t anyway.
Overall it seems to me that it’s this Dai person that’s the problem

Nah, it's all Couhig's fault, he's been blocking Dai selling since the day we got relegated. He's been blocking Dai moving money from China, caused Dai to embezzle (or whatever he's ben accused of) from his Chinese companies, told him not to sell Moore and put him on a 4 year PL wage, sign Aluko. And Joao, Puscas and Ejaria when we'd just been in embargo.

It's worse than that, Ian, he's Ron Gourlay's dad.
