I'll try and explain it.... your team are relegated, your pissed off and quite literally shaking with anger ready to punch someone, As you head off the pitch you see someone you hate with a vengeance who has made your life a misery, This is a good frame of mind to be in when you meet them as you can let your anger out on them rather than your team mates.
