I'm trying to be loyal to Brian but....

It's the end on November and we've only won one game!

We aren't good enough.

Poor purchases in the summer.../ not even getting in to the first team!

We still don't don't know our best starting 11.

WE ARE GOING DOWN.

CholseyRoyal Brian said a couple of weeks ago that bringing in new players was an insult
to the players who got us promoted! Coppell mk2?

We are going back down to where this club is happy to belong. It just doesn't have the interest or resources to be a Prem club.

waste of fecking time standing in the pissing rain to watch the victory parade then wasn`t it?..all bloody smiles then

Not sure how that relates to a not completely unreasonable observation that the club appears to lack real interest and resources to be a Prem Club.

From what I am watching on football first we looked the better team in the first half, then came McDs now legendary H/T team talk.

Reading FC on Twitter going on about how Legs and the team are 'angry about losing today'- WTF? Angry with whom or what? Players and manager need to look in the mirror. A point needlessly thrown away in stoppage time. A Sunday pub team with hangovers would have shown more ability to see the game out at that point! Complete shambles on the part of those on the field and the touchline.

That winning goal looks worse every time I see it, 3rd minute of added on time two players unmarked at the back post. Wigans left sided players enjoyed the freedom of the park in the 2nd half

It's the Reading way (defensively) we have to grow to love it.

The guy that crossed the ball for their second goal didn`t have a Reading player within 10 yards of him, when do we ever get unchallenged crosses in?

Well, it was a performance that typified us this season. Poor defensively, little creativity and a lack of quality.

Federici - 6 - Made a couple of good saves, but made another mistake for their first goal.
Gunter - 4 - Kept giving Beausejour far too much room and getting skinned, offered little going forward
Gorkss - 3 - Awful, we know he cant pass the ball but also his tackling was nearly always crap, and who was he marking for their second and third goals?
Morrison - 7 - Probably our best player, good header for the goal and cant remember him doing much wrong
Shorey - 6 - Had a decent game, got an assist and looks ok going forward as well as defensively. Partly at fault for their first goal though
McAnuff - 4 - Poor, gave the ball away alot and dawdled in possession. Took too long to put crosses in and when he did manage to the delivery was usually poor.
Tabb - 6 - You always know what you will get with him, worked hard, chased and put some tackles in, sadly doesnt offer much else. Should of had a penalty at 1-1 though
Ledge - 4 - Poor, similar to McAnuff in the way that he gave the ball away too often and looks like he doesnt know what to do when he gets a bit of time on the ball
HRK - 6 - Did ok, didnt offer that much either but it was his shot that looped up for Al Habsi to make the howler for our second goal
Roberts - 6 - Decent, does his job well but it wasnt his best game
ALF - 6 - Looked lively, had a few half chances and could have scored with headers in both halfs, second one was a great save by Al Habsi. Sadly he is left isolated too much

McCleary - 6 - Looked more of a threat than both our wingers with good runs but like them, no end product
Pog - 5 - Did nothing except lose the ball

I would like to see some changes for Villa, Gorkss needs to dropped and if Pearce isnt going to play anymore then id like to see Mariappa come in. The defence is too slow and his pace would be helpful. Also, based on that performance I would drop Jobi for McCleary as it might wake him up abit, but that isnt going to happen. Thought our fans were ok today, not bad, not great but the highlight was "He's Sean Morrison, he'll piss where he wants"

Gunter plays to narrow and seems to give the oppesition acres of space down the right

Yes Ledge gave the ball away a bit but he was excellent defensively apart from the last goal, filling in the gaping holes left by Gorkks.

Where was our right-back for their third goal (the breakaway)? (Although heaven knows why a team drawing away with seconds to go would push players forward.)

Gave the ball away in midfield for the equaliser , couldn`t get back to defend the cross into the box.

You mean Gunter?..probably in the middle where he spent most of the game.
