You should see Wales second choice. Id say Douglas Bader could record a better pass completion rate.

I'm sorry but a blind man could see that we need cover in defense and in the middle of the park, our bench has been an embarrassment all season, our lack of depth is a joke and we're paying for it.

2 key issues

1. Unprecedented level of injuries - coaching and medical staff culpable here

2. Lack of investment in loan players: Millwall who are strapped for cash just took Andy Wilkinson, an experienced premier league full back on loan today yet we sit around scratching our arses watching our team lose by 3 goals every game and not being able to change a thing because the only options in reserve are untried kids who are basically just placeholders on the bench

Who is culpable here? Again the manager for failing to identify the urgent need for reinforcements and Hammond for failing to go through with the deals regardless of the manager's procrastinating

In short there is a real atmosphere of inertia and intransigence pervading from the top down and enabled no doubt by clueless new owners who are still figuring out what shape the ball is,

If they have any business sense they'll do what wany business-person worth their salt does when inertia infests an organisation, they'll change things - it's criminal that 13 games into the season we are still playing with half a reserve squad, it shouldn't have been allowed to happen and Adkins and Hammond should pay for such negligent levels of complacency with their jobs - fed up of this constant BS now

You would think Gunter could be a reasonable defending RB as he never gets over the halfway line but thats not the case, I could live with that if he was marauding forward and couldnt get back in time but the guy works in a 3 m wide 15 m long channel...It cant be that difficult for a fit young man? Can it?

Gus - what the hell are you on about?

The injuries can not be solely attribute to coaching and medical staff. How can it be?

Also, how could NA have strengthened. We had no oxf*rd owners and nearly went into administration.

I say all that without any comment on my feelings about NA. But you're deluded and wrong with your points

Watkins has himself said they need to review the training and treatment at the club due to the volume of injuries we have been getting, and there has been plenty of time to delve in to the loan market since the new owners have come in.

Take Derby, keeper is injured against us on Saturday, new keeper in on loan before game today. What have we done? Nothing.

The way I see it he was made captain on the basis of a good last season and he's experienced (>50 caps). He's not the worst RB we've had by far. He's just having a poor season and with Cummings & Kelly injured he's unlikely to be dropped. You could say the same for the rest of the defence at the moment. The alternative, ignoring emergency loans, is bringing in kids less experienced than Hector. Personally I think Cooper is decent but, like Hector and Obita, he's still learning and that means likely to make the odd mistake. Unfortunately that's all it takes.

Are we really likely to get a loan RB in when we have 2 very experienced internationals in the squad?
I'd rather get a LB in and move Obita to left mid.

Federici has just stated the team has folded in the past two games. That's dreadful for a professional football team. It's what I'd expect from a team of U10's

+ 1

Actually how about a worst RB thread? Worth a vote?
Martyn Booty? Jimmy Crawford? Andy Gurney? Liam Rosenior? John Halls?
Greg Halford??

He (Gunter) properly lost his rag after the "penalty" appeal today. If Blackman and Cox hadn't held him back I'm pretty sure he was about to twat the ref.

Exactly. I wonder what Simon's Church think that they do in training? They might as well just go for a run, do some weights and then relax at home. There's no point in training because you can't teach them anything.....
