That only points to one thing, a meek surrender from our boys who will roll over for a 3-0 defeat and extend Dougie Howser's Forest stay by another month, sorry!

Agree with this if it's the Reading of the last 5/6 weeks that turn up.

If it's the Reading from before then, then it should be different.

Absolutely agree. If you were a neutral you would avoid including Reading on your accumulator at the moment, unless it is possibly a both teams to score one!

Matt Mills is bracing himself for the festive season to start early, as he expects the fans of his former club Reading to put on a 'pantomime' of abuse for him.

But he also believes Nottingham Forest can have the last laugh against the Royals.

The defender says Reading fans have developed a habit of giving him stick when he has lined up against them in the past with Leicester and Bolton.

"I have had a couple of clubs since, so it is not that big a deal for me to be facing them – but I am sure the Reading fans will put on their normal pantomime show for me," said Mills. "They like to give me a bit of grief.

"But I will be focused on the job in hand, which is helping to ensure we get the result we want.

"I have had a bit of a mixed bag against them since I left, I have played in a couple of big wins against them, but also a few defeats.

"I know Forest beat them twice last season and it would be nice to repeat that this time around.

"But not because it means I would get one over on one of my former clubs – more because of the significance of three points at this moment in time."

Forest triumphed 1-0 in their last home outing against Derby and Mills wants to see another good performance, following their disappointing result at Brentford last weekend, when they were beaten 2-1 with a late goal.

"Obviously we want to send our home fans home happy. That is the most important thing for us right now," he said.

"In terms of what happened on Saturday, we just need to be a little bit cuter with a few things that we do.

"We have experienced players in the dressing room and on the pitch at Brentford – so we should have seen the game through.

"It is nothing to do with the management or tactics. Emotionally we got too caught up in the game.

"Having gone a goal down, coming out of the game with a point would not have been a bad result – but we could not manage that.

"We need a win this weekend, regardless of the opposition."

If Forest need to improve their defence, the first thing they should do is bin that liability Mills.

I see his discipline is as good as ever... 3 yellows and a 2 yellow = a red so far this season, in 13 games.
