Christ, Sarr and Holmes have no idea how to play together. Incapable of playing in a line and constantly one stepping up and the other dropping deep and playing Blackburn onside.

Lucas Joao just jumped and won a header. Wonders never cease.

Great head from Long. Another shot on target.

Tbh, even if we lose, and given we could have conceded an absolute bucketful, this is so much better.

We're giving it a go a creating chances. And we're not just booming it up to Carroll.

Goal! Casadei has been realy growing into this. Most of our best chances. Lovely strike.

Clever lay off from Joao for the assist.

Nice goal

Actually been quite good going forward unlike our chaotic mess of a defence

Who would have thought that playing with some width, pace, and intent would get us our best spell of the game?

And now a goal.

This has been way better . Of course we’ve given up chances but we’ve looked a threat for most of the game .
Test us how we play the final 25 minutes . Do we go for the win or try to settle for a draw .

Blackburn are a really odd team. Play some great football at pace. But they've squandered half a dozen chances and they have such a soft underbelly and just let the opposition play.

Yeah, that freekick aside he's done well. Finds himself decent positions in midfield

Is it actually a management decision to get Reading more on the front foot tactically or just something that the number of injuries have caused?

I wish Long wouldn't always just look for the dive.

Millsy I wish Long wouldn't always just look for the dive.

He just doesn't have the legs to stay away when he gets a yard or two now.

Millsy I wish Long wouldn't always just look for the dive.

I wish he didn’t try to beat the defenders for pace, he's quick for his age, but not that quick.
