The fact is, if people boo Kebe's every mistake then it'll ruin him as a player for us, but perhaps that's what some people want. They'll see driving a player out as some kind of victory.

People don't really have that mentality, do they?

That worries me.

It worries me that people actually think people have vendettas against certain players to the extent they want them to fail.

It worked with Oster.

Care to explain why all the other clubs bombed him out then? Many people were excited when Oster signed as he clearly had a lot of skill and potential, it's just a shame that the guy has the focus of Amy Winehouse after a night on the lash.

why dont we just not pass judgement on him until he plays a couple in the champianshit.......i think tbh he'll be a class player and certainly better then oster he will outpace many LBs and be a very good player to have in our squad.

Having both makes someone a very valuable player, but at this level of football having some basic skill is a necessity. You can get around being slow if you have exceptional skill (Little) but I don't think you can get around being shit, no matter how fast you are. Not to say Kebe is shit, but from what I've seen he doesn't strike me as Pele.

I agree with that, but if your all saying that Oster is better than Kebe... which one would you prefer to have?

Kebe. Hopefully he can learn how to use is speed rather then just running full pace all the time. Oster was just a pile that worried about his hair looking right all the time

Is Jimmy Kebe good enough for Reading FC? No.

Is Jimmy Kebe good enough for Reading Town? He might be a good squad player.

Is John Oster good enough for Reading FC? No.

Is John Oster good enough for Reading Town? Yes.

John Oster > Jimmy Kebe
