I'm sorry, some of the threads on the team board are cringeworthy. This one in particular.

7 results out of our first 11 league matches this season is not cause to "sack the manager"...

LoyalRoyal22 With the squad that we have and the money that was invested, Brian is doing a fantastic job. Gets the best out of this bunch of players

he is doing very well unfortunately in the greed for money obcessed world that is the Premiership that counts for nothing.

Why is that cringeworthy? Just shows how some posters aren't totally knee jerk! We've lost less games than 5 other teams in this division so far this season. Man U have lost 3 FFS!!!

We have lost at Anfield, Hawthorns & Stamford Bridge away from home. That's it. Chelsea are 3rd & WBA now 4th! We have lost to Spurs at home. We've not lost to anyone we 'shouldn't' lose to.

If you'd offered most fans a final tally of 38 points (1ppg) in May, I think the vast majority would have ripped your arm off for it knowing it may well get us over the line. As it stands, we are pretty damn close to averaging 1 ppg.

All done on a shoestring too. The spirit is there, the desire is there, they are doing their best & people really ought to stop all this talk of him going & just get behind him. Especially given what he has achieved for us so far and how we are notoriously slow starters.

Many people on here seem to have lost all perspective on reality. Thank god the board have more sense than many of the rabid posters on here. (I don't include you in that FTR Libertine but there really are some d1ckheads on here).

But I thought Libertine was agreeing with MMM's view. Confused.

He should always wear one. It makes him look more like a top manager, which he is, rather than a coach or chief scout.

I think the suit will be a permanent fixture from now on, he is quoted as say that at 51 its a little too ld to be wearing a tracksuit

If the interview with AZ that came out last night is to be believed, then Brian looks to be safe for a good while yet, come what may...

I wouldn't read to much into this votes of confidence in the manager usually end up in the sack not long afterwards.as for dissmissing reports about being linked to other managers well AZ is hardly going to confirm that rumouur is he.
