We have a squad of ~25 players where only ~5 are worth keeping. We will not shift 20 players in the summer. It will take 2-3 years to be rid of all of this drek. There is no point pissing away £1m/season to sack a manager when it doesn't solve the fundamental problem: the players aren't good enough.

Why does everyone keep saying this

They're the same players who finished 7th last season bar 2, who only played half the games anyway.

They're mentally weak and now tarnished with this god awful season. We need to clear out as many as we can.
