YorkshireRoyal99 I don't think Hein has done too badly. Agree with those who think he (or someone else, but I'm not suggesting Southwood) maybe could have done better with the deflected effort on Saturday, but I wouldn't put it down as an error.

I wouldn't say he's made an clear and obvious errors so far really and I wouldn't say he is necessarily out of his depth either, but possibly a lack of experience is working against him in some situations. Room to improve, but not a bad start overall. I can see why he was signed, I just wish it was someone better.

He made a big error v Brizzle with a dreadful clearance. They ended up hitting the post.

You're only allowed to count them if it leads to a goal

Well quite. He has been ok but I feel Southwood is the better bet.

Today is the day!

If they have said nothing and Gilkes suddenly just turns up then it would be so Reading FC.

Going for a nervy win.1-2.

3-1 home win. Our lot will be too tired having played on Saturday. Bless them.

Too tired/ still getting up to speed after injury/missing key players still/poor pitch/things going on that we don’t know about at the club

2-1 defeat

Really hope it doesn't rain too much up in Peterborough. Their pitch looked awful on Saturday and that was after a few days of dry weather in the build up to it. Rained pretty solid for two days now.

If we lose this, the atmosphere at our next home game will not be pleasant.

To be fair I forgot about that one, I was only going off the goals we've conceded but yes that was a pretty poor error actually.

In the main though, he hasn't done too bad. I just don't think he's too much of an upgrade on Southwood, but it's still early days yet.

That's actually probably more accurate.

Perhaps we need to print some song sheets again, didn't we do that once before?

This has given me an idea on how to save our season.

The team had their best season in a while behind closed doors, so everyone stop going. Bam - guranteed 5 match winning streak.

And before that Southwood made several ghastly errors that did lead to goals conceded and badly affected the team. He has great potential but I don't think his time has yet come and currently we can't afford to let him develop in our first team.

If this is the 9th straight defeat surely there can`t be any more options.

I expect something to click tonight and we'll win comfortably surprising everyone.

Keepers will make errors. Hein has been lucky where Southwood hasn't. At the moment, I'd rather have the lucky keeper in goal as talent wise, they are about equal on the limited view of Hein.

I'm almost hoping to an extent it doesn't for the long-term because that would end up buying Pauno another 6 games, which we can ill afford.

Agreed, unless a win kickstarts one of his streaks and we pick up 16 pts from the next 7 before returning to being sh*t.

The result will hinge on who wants it more, they will have a sell out crowd behind them and will be in our faces from the off, almost like a cup game against non league opposition.
I just don`t think we have enough to go head to head with them.
