He was out of position to start with, back his pace to get there against someone who had already shown loads of pace.

Then he's trying to go shoulder to shoulder, but he's behind all the way and lets the guy step in front of him while pushing him in the back in the box. Sometimes you've just got to not get physical in the box.

It was a penalty for me. The attacker gets the wrong side and he tries to catch up. They come together, his arm is on his shoulder. Soft, but the attacker is always going to hit the ground and you'd definitely expect it to be given for you.
