I would like to see Doyle do the same and end up with a top 4 club.[/quote]

Hopefully he'll get that as soon as Wednesday!

didn't read all seven pages... so don't know is this has already been said!

i've seen that Nugent of Preston is worth over 6mill so Doyles got to be worth more than that!

Scoring regularly, international, leagues top scorer, playing great football, increadably cool under pressure, age on his side etc etc

Easy £10 Million. No doubt about it.

How ever we are 'little' reading and the big boys will look at him around £3mill i'd imagine...

In all reality (and if its said before then sorry) is that the club will give him a stupidly high valuation in excess of 10 million to scare off clubs.

The only person that will make Doyle leave is Doyle himself, it wont be because of money it will be the prestige of playing for a certain bigger club.

It would be season suicide to sell him on, and I would seriously throw all my toys out the pram should the club be seen to be cashing in at this stage in the season.

the guy is priceless. always was and always will be!!! and def not replaceable at the moment!!

if he was to leave at this stage (which i dont think he would) but it would have a major effect on the team and club in general.

as coppell said - 'he's rubbish' - sounds good to me

He is only 23 years old and after 15 games in the premiership is at the top of the premiership goalscorers table with 8 goals along with drogba and rooney. I'd value him at £10 million but its rising all the time. We won't sell though.

Still ten times higher than Hunt - it isn't his fault our midfield are shit and provide no chances when Marek doesn't play.

£ 6 mill for doyle

£4 mill for Hunt

£10 mill double raid from sunderland, ONLY Sunderland would pay that, Hunt is worth about 1.5
