A lot of the reasons for that opinion involve what may happen in January. It's currently early November.

The suggestion to drap Marcus was there and then and, clearly, idiotic.

I'd say idiotic was a little tame. At least I can see the logic for your thread, even if I completely disagree with it. I can't help but think it has an element of knee jerk, but lets not go over that. Dropping Hahnemann was such a knee jerk reaction I'm surprised his leg didn't snap.

Two cracking saves, but the usual random kicking.

Overall I wouldn't swap him for anyone else in this league.

It's the saves that count. The random kicking is a frustrating quirk of the man, and his sometimes frustrating pause when he seems to be concidering his options. When he actually throws the ball out early is almost a relief that he has more options!.
