Stats for this game should be interesting.

Looks like we've been mugged.

* Yawns* another defeat away from home. 1 win out of a possible 4, two away defeats in a row, we are a mid-table to playoff side and all talk of competing with wolves and brum for automatic promotion is frankly embarrassing.

Shows that goals win games and we didn't take our chances...

Mr Loyal Royal Absolutely gutted, didn't deserve that one bit. Result of not taking chances, can't afford to that away from home in this league.

Still can't score from open play (over 400minutes) against utterly piss poor opposition. We need another decent striker asap, we have no plan b or options off the bench, is that striker Lita? Maybe, but we need something. I also noticed how Cisse 'who likes a tackle etc' was shrugged off by Blake, skipped by and allowed the shot with no challenge, just holding his hands up. He really is DUMP.

All well and good saying 'we were robbed' etc, we didn't deserve to beat Doncaster on general play for me, QPR did a more than comfortable job on us and this had been coming. Can't just rely on set piece goals and until Reading find an answer for that they won't be anywhere near the top 2.

Archie's penalty Very irritating.

Their goalie man of the match. Typical.

We really need to beat Brizzle on Sat now...

Isn't it ironic that the last 2 goalies to have come up against us, have defended extremly well?
Maybe they've done their homework and we need to create new chances? but like Doyle said, you hardly have time to work on technique  i guess we will be saying bye to both doyle and Shunt in January  and goodbye promotion. LOL at the people on BBCRB

I'm trying to think of a game where the opposition have murdered us, hit the woodwork 3 times and then we have gone on and stolen all 3 points with a late goal. Despite following Reading for 26 years I can't think of one example. Somebody tell me as it might help me feel slighty better. There is getting beat and then getting beaten like this, totally sickening.

According to Tony Gale on GSS we didnt create anything after they scored, what a pity none of the four outfield guys warming their assess on the bench wern't given the opportunity to do something. We are going absolutely nowhere unless we sort this terrible away form out, and with this away record there are no fears that Mr Mad will be gracing Prem grounds next year, exactly how he wants it.

Depsite a few woefull performances and a bit of badluck we are still near....
Qpr beat Brum tonight and had ten men for the majority of the game....

Preston and Burnley are top half sides who we probably deserved 6 points from..

Lets not jump the gun i fancy us to beat Bristol and be back on track. Wolves are away to Cardif so imo the gap will be 4 points again in less than a week

Get Church in

Massive over reaction on here.

We hit the woodwork 3 or 4 times, their keeper made some blinding saves and their goal was a screamer from the edge of the box. We were unlucky and neither Long nor Matejovsky wouldn't have done much about the result.

Blaming Coppell is nuts, he put out the team most of us wanted to see, they battered Burnley for long periods and but for a few inches of post or bar we would have been 2 or 3 up before they scored.

I'm not saying we wont go to Brizzle and get turned over, but some of the reaction on here about this game has been laughable.
