Wizard
Royal Lady Did Marek play in Sweden? I've not seen anything about him being injured, I hope he's not on his way out.

Official site says:
"Scott Davies replaces Simon Church in midfield <snip>
Marek Matejovsky was due to start in place of Davies, but the Czech failed a late fitness test on a groin injury"

So hopefully he is staying.

He's having a medical at Birmingham as we speak ....

Mooney on for Davies.

Essien, Drogba and Anelka off, Sturridge, Kalou and Belleti on.

What formation did we change to? I know 1st half was a 433/451 but this one looks much more defensive - almost all of the time so far has been spent in our half of the pitch.

Same formation. 4-5-1 in defence but 4-3-3 in attack. we just haven't done nearly as much attacking.

We're very poor at the moment - like the first 15. Giving the balls away too cheaply.

SteveRoyal I wish Chelsea would quit picking on Federici. Unprofessional.

He'll get worse from the Reading faithfuLOL this season. Very unsteady indeed, as have been numerous apperances. But oh so many just recal 'that' great save at Old Trafford and think he's brilliant. He isn't.

For the LOL's, Celtic 0 Sunderland 2

He's pulled off plenty of quality. He's a bit raw, but he'll get stronger.

Deathy - are you on a different planet? Fed has been awesome this game and numerous others. You seem to have this fantasy that he cant dive to his left...or whatever it is - i just know that the slightest mistake this season and you will be right on his back - unnecessarily so it has to be said.

Awesome?

You must be watching a different game. He made a couple of regulation saves, dithered about on pretty much every cross and gifted Anelka an open goal in the first half

He will get better, but he is still a bit shakey for me

One of the best moments for me was Bertrand defending at the far post, I think against Sturridge. Depsite his size he got in to clear well with his head. He looked good to me and I can see why BR moved for him
