Wimb Hard not to love the guy, got all the spirit and heart in the world and puts in a great shift.

If only he was 5-6' taller :D

If he was five to six FEET taller he'd be playing basketball for megabucks .

And he'd still only be 7' 6"

:D fair murking

Spinal Tap and the "Stonehenge" set springs to mind!!

I thought Tabb was brilliant today, he really covers the ground and reminded me of Parky in his pomp really in terms of sheer effort and determination and doing all the hard work in midfield.

One thing i've noticed about Tabb, is that I think his physique and (lack of) height really help his play.

He's stocky as hell and has a low centre of gravity, hence is rarely pushed off the ball.

Also, its been mentioned how good he is at winning the ball...I actually think its his lack of height that does it. The number of times on saturday where he took the ball on the chest and so ran away with the ball under control...... the reason he's taking it under control on the chest is that he's short and those balls were at a height where the opposition were trying to make contact with a high foot. This gives him a great advantage on a bouncing ball imo

Not really. He's 2 inches taller and is not what you would call stocky.

Karacan would be as good as Jay if he just calmed down a bit when he's on the ball and picked his passes better. If he was able to play on the ball as quick as he plays the game off the ball he'd be a great midfielder. At the moment, it's Jays composure that makes him the better player.

TBM Why isn't Rodgers playing him?

The little lad can tackle, he can pass, he can cross and likes to have a shot.....

Not injured is he?

Back in September i said this..............if only Rodgers had listened :D
