Snowball I think Norwood will be off because he hasn't had his contract extended even though he's said he want to stay. (Replaced by Evans?)

Tish is yet to comeback. Quinn and Evans could make a good pairing. Both cover lots of ground.

There's a good core foundation a team. What's required is a style of play. I'd be happy with Donaldson joining.

I'd let him go. He's a good player, but he's the wrong player for this team. I dislike the "quarter back" type position. (See Guthrie, Caskey) it makes the play turgid and predictable. I prefer mobile midfielders that press, tackle and run with the ball.

It's Williams who I'd try and offload though he does try hard not Norwood. Tshibola is a similar kind of player to Williams. We don't have a player like Norwood at the club.

If Kermogant is Brian's signing, then I think he's had a mare. He was, yet again, poor yesterday and the decision to let Sa go and bring in Kermogant doesn't look very clever

Looking at the next few games, I can see us losing most of them .... do you think the Thais will let Brian continue if that happens? Just wondering ...

I'm not screaming or throwing my toys out of the pram
and it's not "losing" that is the problem but the manner
of the defeat

IMO we lost that game when after 40 seconds or so Norwood passed straight to a Birmingham player.

He ran around, we almost recovered, but you could smell the unease among our players.

I don't know if there is a test for giving the ball away, but yesterday we must have broken the league record for it.

Thought you like players who run around a lot.

I do, if it's with a purpose (so not Williams)

My point was Norwood dash around trying to recover the situation
but the initial error eventually led to the goal.

BTW looking at TV last night, thought McShane looked at fault for the first
and might have done better for the second

We currently have an ineffective team. We also have a manager who is good at building effective teams, who hasn't had a chance to build one yet.

It's really not that fcuking hard. Sacking him would be ridiculous.

genome Brian just needs a win at the weekend to equal Clarke's PPG this season, without the luxury of an in-form striker. Good stuff.

Lol at blaming Norwood for the goal when there was ample opportunity to clear it or mark Donaldson.

Y'know mate, I'd be concerned about your lack of reading comprehension if I were you.

He needs just 2 points to better Clarke's first half season in charge too.

We all know McDermott's perfectly capable of putting together a short run of excellence to better Clarke's only good string of results too. Clarke got 6 wins in 7, McDermott's twice before achieved 8 wins in 8. And the rest of his time is significantly better than the rest of Clarke's.

I for one am not "blaming Norwood for the goal"

I said it started with his mistake (which it did) but there was plenty of play
after the error (including Norwood winning a tackle)

My point was that we looked confident, but as soon as we made a mistake
the whole team seemed to be error-prone. That is we were 'fragile',

We looked confident for about a minute, at which point we immediately conceded a goal. Yeah, ok.

YES, precisely. I believe had we not had that first error and got more into the swing as per Tuesday we would not have lost
and probably would have won. And don't say it can't happen. It can even happen on radio,
