Snowflake Royal The main problem with that team is there's no one to deliver the set pieces it would be utterly reliant on.

Surely among 11 professional players you could spend enough time practising with one so they could kick a stationary ball reasonably accurately most of the time ?

Worked alright for the goal today.
Ince ball in, Hutchinson header, Sarr goal.

Hound Wonder where the million players that Forest have bought leaves Fornah for next season?
Be interesting if he has a good one with us this year

If it were that easy you'd barely ever see a poor set piece. When in fact you see several most games.

Indeed. Swift took poor set pieces regularly, so does Ince. I can’t believe you are suggesting hitting a stationary ball is not a teachable skill !

YorkshireRoyal99 It is a bit of a shame that we don't have someone who specialises in that area though in fairness. Ince and Hoilett, just being wide players. should be decent enough candidates for corners and wide set pieces, but I do think it's an asset to have someone who can be a threat from 20-25 yards in a shooting position. Ince has a decent strike on him though, as Cardiff found out, so he's probably our best option.

TiagoIlori If this new left back is Joe Bryan then probably solves that issue. Otherwise we desperately need someone on the bench who we can bring on to give us some creativity to cut our reliance on set pieces.

Hat-trick![]()
Haven't we scored more not from set pieces?
Sarr - corner
McIntyre - corner
Fornah - open play
Hoilett - open play
Joao - open play
Long - pen
Ince - open play
Ehibhatiomhan - open play
Plus the three where Long and Hendrick came close.

Hound Looking to loan out Tetek apparently
Slightly surprised but opens the door for Luongo

A L1 or L2 loan, playing regular may do him the world of good.
