Gorkss atrocious.
Leigertwood and Gunter poor.
McAnuff, Roberts, Le Fondre, Tabb, Morrison and Federici mediocre.
Shorey and Robson-Kanu ok.

Midfield is absolutely no where. No help in defence, not making any effort to join attacks and bypassed by all our balls forward. No service for ALF who should have at least hit the target early on. We should be at least 3 down because they should have had two clear penalties. If McDermott doesn't drop Gorkss after today he never will and it'll be down to injury or a red card to save us from the idiocy of playing him continually.

We should be the worst team in the league on this showing. It's an absolute miracle that QPR are actually worse than us.

Another 45 mins of watching Reading shirts flooding towards the penalty area. Unfortunately it's our own. Can't fault the effort but are so lacking in the basic skill level to compete at this level at the moment that it is painful to watch.

It's sad but.... a new manager may give us hope... I don't want to admit it...

Premiership status > manager

To be fair, even though he's taking the piss it is true. All we need to do is fluke a goal and we're somehow back level, despite looking dead and buried.

1-0 is never safe, no matter how badly you're opposition are playing.

McDermott looks clueless. We went 1-0 down and we didn't do anything differently! I'm sorry but unless we can pick up Points sharpish we will be all but down by christmas.

Everton are taking the piss out of us. Can't believe it's not about 5-0! On there front I can see how they will stuff up there champions league spot

That really was dire. I'd prefer to see us make three subs at half time and go for it than die on our arse like this.

Just a thought - is Gorkss so bad because the defence is being pulled out of shape by Gunter's frankfully woeful positioning. 2.5m well down the drain - I'd rather see Marriappa at right back.

Watching that first half, only Feds and Shorey looked like Prem class - some of the other looked Div 1 at best.

That goal - I don't think I've ever seen as many defensive errors packed into 4 seconds. Extraordinary.

TBH I think you're being generous to Fed given the punch straight at Jelavic.

I don't think Gunter's helping, but no I don't think it's the problem. Gorkss hasn't played well defensively in one game I've seen this season. And Gunter hasn't always been present. And Gunter isn't always out of position when Gorkss screws up. He wasn't there when he nearly gave away a penalty. He wasn't there when he got booked. He wasn't there when Gorkss passed / headed straight to Everton.
