Are people really saying "we move on" and in any way thinking they are funny? Christ.

The set pieces have been too far away from the six yard box. He has clearly been told to find pearce way past the far post but he is being crowded out and then there isn't much chance of a scrap in the box. We should try and pin them in because the keeper has looked a little shaky taking one or two crosses

Overall, I think this is a much more positive performance from us so far. Felaini is class and that goal was all about his strenghts.
We're still in this and need to keep having a go.
If we get an equaliser, go 451, taking off Hunt for Karacan and putting HRK into the slot behind Alf.

Well that's all well and good, but he has no quality whatsoever.

I don't think the intention is necessarily for Pearce to put it in. He keeps nodding it down around Alfie and Hunt who are lurking.

Right or wrong, it's causing havoc amidst an Everton defense who can't seem to look up.

Probably more out of exasperation than anything else. BM's continued use of this phrase has not only become tedious but is now bordering on patronising to the fans.

Brain Traysers

key word - almost. which is frankly being generous.

What professional can delivery perfectly every time? And who can deliver better for £35k?

Nicky Shorey?

And, for those who can remember the rare occasions when McDermott hadn't frozen him out, someof Guthrie's deadball deliveries were pretty good!

Yeh, he's stretching so much just to keep them all in play, he can barely head them into a decent area for others to attack.

I agree that he lacks technical quality, but he brings other strengths to the team that we clearly lack when he isnt in the team

Couple of nice flick-on's supporting well and holding up the ball. He's doing what he's been doing well for the last couple of years. Whole team's playing quite well. Only down point so far i would say is HRK.

No less funny than McDermott's usage is comforting.

Pretty sure it was after the Wigan disaster. And, if not those exact words then a very similar message.

The MOTD interview after the Wigan debacle. I am prepared to bet money he will say it again in the after match interview today.

It's the notion that people think they're being incredibly biting and satirical by saying it on here. Err you're not, you're being a helmet.
