Modou Barrow will only be eligible for the QPR game if the domestic leagues and international clearance is received in time. While the former shouldn't be a problem it has been known for the latter to take a while...

Look back six months or a year for a more rounded view as a player in their team, not as a player leaving. Views gets skewed then often.

I was at that game and don't recall this tbh tbf. I do recall Nick Blackman scoring a 25 yard screamer though, just goes to show that you can't judge a player on one game...

Wasn't that he made any telling contributions as such (i.e. goals/assists) it was just the sheer pace and skill of him and Montero (and Dyer later on) had Gunter and our LB (Obita I assume?) scared sh*tless all game. I remember coming away wondering who he was and thinking 'he looks a really, really promising signing for them'.
