Snowflake Royal We seem to have got more from Smith than we did for Holmes, McIntyre, Abbey and Vickers combined.

So to then lose Bindon as well, especially with Mbengue out would be devastating.

Not to mention frustrating having refused offers for Garcia and Knibbs.

Do you want us to have zero players left and be in league two?

Garcia should have been sold but why Knibbs?

:|

Knibbs plays midfield and wing. We have other first teamers who can play those positions to a good standard.

Not really so much CB and ST.

We’re overflowing with CBs (Bindon, Mbengue, Dorsett, Kanu, Stickland, Dean, Holzman etc.) so much so that some of them have been playing as FBs this season. Of course Bindon is by far the best but he’ll be gone for nothing in the summer, so makes sense to get some cash for him now esp. given it appears he’ll be back on loan.

Dorsett is never fit and plats LB. Kanu and Holzman aren't really ready for the senior team, Stickland hasn't been near it and Mbengue is injured.

But it's besides the point because we now know it's supposed to be a loan back deal

At least one of Kanu and Holzman will need to be ready next season. I don't think they're miles off being honest.

But agree it's irrelevant now if there is a loan back clause. Though part of me would just play them to get them up to speed. Play offs will be a miracle, and we have enough points on the board not to worry about relegation. Just let them learn.

Obviously won't happen, those at the club will still have promotion ambitions as you would want them to.

To be fair, even though the chance is small, promotion would be massive financially, even if we'd almost certainly be relegated the following season.

What time today will his departure be confimred? Before 5pm, or tomorrow after we all think nothing has come of the rumour?

This could be just the reset our defence needs

Bindon being sold and loaned back probably makes the most sense for all parties - so won't happen.

At least we'll get to experience lots of new defenders.

Will probably be immediately loaned to Olympiacos instead.

The M1 is a mess in rush hour atm so may not make it.

Jokes aside, they just have to make sure the correct forms are submitted ahead of the deadline and it doesn't matter if the rest is completed after the deadline, right?

There is also no requirement for the medical to happen at the buying club. Easier to just send him to one of the local private hospitals - not as if he’s missed endless games with knee problems.

This. The relevant forms just need to be agreed and signed and copies with the relevant authorities by 11pm, medical and other stuff can happen later. Hope they remember to get FL approval for the loan back.

Hopefully we have a sell on clause in the deal. There's every chance Bindon could go for mega money one day. Imagine he'll be loaned to a championship club next season.

Because unlike us, who nobody gives a shit about Premier league clubs usually have journalistic interest. It’s been widely reported by the national press.

Come back in up to 3 hours, you might be right and (hopefully) you might be wrong, but everybody losing their shit over something that hasn`t happened yet is nauseating.
