OK! He did sublime. Looks like a Glen Little, but with pace.

When he plays poorly he should not even be a professional footballer but when he plays well it is down to the strength of the opposition, dont tell me he will have to do it every week.

That performance from Kebe today should shut up a few posters for atleast a week.

Kebe was brilliant to day, im not getting carried away but you can see the lad has got talent. He's got the pace and was nice to see a few quality crosses and cut backs in the box.

Plymouth couldn't handle him today.

Lol at some Reading fans writing a player off only after a few games.

In my experience wingers have always been inconsistent - at least we now know Kebe can produce the goods at this level. We should all rejoice in that because it was more than a little uncertain before today.

Kebe was superb today and I think the fans realised this. So fast and skillful. I think we have found our right winger :)

Great that he has played well today - long may it continue and maybe he just needs another handful of games to properly find his feet and then he could be a real asset.

But, isn't it equally 'LOL' to write Kebe 'back in' after arguably his first good game for Reading?

Good chance to build on his performance at Charlton next week who have lost 3 out of 3.

Kebe was one of the better players today. He got past players and one or two of his crosses were real quality. He does need to be more aware and look up when he's on the ball. Rosenior hates playing alongside him

Charlton have won a game, that was only Kebe's 3rd start in the league.

I thought he was more than good today and actually reminded me of Seol just with a bit more pace, although I think Seol's end product is consistently a little bit better. I really do think having seen Kebe a few times now that he is either going to be atrocious (forest) or brilliant (today) and not a lot else in between. He has something there, something to work with certainly. Still chuckle everytime he gets the ball but one cross in particular in the 2nd half was superb, if only we'd had a 6 footer to head it in!

Thought Kebe brought a lot of flair to the game today and looked pretty good. However, I thought his final ball was at times, very poor and there is the added proviso that Argyle look a pretty good bet to fill one of the relegation positions.

URZZZZZZZZ Im not sure why people have anything against him?? He played well in his cameo against Everton and had a not so good game against Arsenal away. I think he'll do very well this season.

Chaney
2.8 lita injection Reading fans like pick on someone, usually they are not british and dont have white skin.

Seol>Sonko>Kebe

add Goater
add Gurney and Hughes who are British with white skin and Anthony Rougier who isn't.

Reasons for booing....

Seol - lazy
Sonko - failing to play for the reserves, but that was only temporary
Kebe - not Glen Little
Gurney - useless, which is a shock as he played in the same side as the useless lazy mass sarr
Hughes - headless chicken
Rougier - tried too hard

Personally I can see Marcus being the boo boy target this season, everytime he sends a goal kick into the dugout (about twice a match).... still, good to see he's been practicing them all summer

Doyle is in danger of being the boo boy if Coppell refuses again to drop him when he is off form.

May be a whoosh, but in the three matches Marcus has had a vast improvement from last season.

If you think that makes a difference it shows you know nothing about the boo boy mentality.

Boubou was brilliant today, when he runs at players, they literally can't stop him, till he A) Gives the ball way. B)Wins a corner C)They tackle him and break.

I'd say that it was somewhere between A) and B), but leaning towards B). It did make me chuckle every time he got the ball, it made me chuckle even more when he rinced three of there defenders for fun. He was awesome today, anyone who says otherwise is just being negative for the sake of it.

I thought he was allowed to do what he's good at in the Plymouth game i.e. run fast down the wing and slip past defenders. Some matches I've watched, he runs into trouble and I've wished he'd passed the ball to someone else a bit sooner. That wasn't the case here. He did make the pass when things didn't look good. He also made some superb crosses.

So, well done Jimmy Kebe! Whether he can do the same against a more solid defence remains to be seen.

If nothing else, today seems to have got us talking about the pros and cons of players we've added without (a) writing them off with shallow contempt; (b) hailing them as the messiah on the scantest of evidence or (c) getting sidetracked into groundless speculation about the financial condition of the club.

Does Kebe speak English?

If not he will improve even more once he learns I'm sure..
