Long simply is not good enough to start against a top quality Championship side.
He has pace and (as we have seen) a decent head at times, but N Hunt is generally a better all round player.
Sure, if N Hunt is crap, sub on Long, but otherwise let N Hunt start.
We all know that the Royals perform best against top teams - which is a shame.
Why?
It would be quite nice to see the Royals perform well against all teams.
Results are obviously more important, though.
