Quote the fail for anR there, although I do have some sympathy, this is why I hate February having 28 days

I obviously forgot we were premier league, as we play them away exactly a month later on the 16th!

5.30pm on Saturday would be nice, though...

I would like to moot (good word moot) a theory that this is a great draw for us.

Here we are building a bit of confidence and gaining a few points.

Imagine,if you will, Middle of Feb, peeing it down in Leeds. Accident on the M1 - all supporters delayed. Leeds really up for it, sent out to kick the wotsits out of Carrico, who goes crying home to mummy, and Guthrie tripping over his own feet in the rain sodden ground. Le Fondre is piling in, but a stud rake down his leg by some over eager teenager puts him out for 5 months. In the meantime, Mariappa has a shocker and is sent off for a rash challenge on the 22nd minute, conceding a penalty, after which we try and hang on before being hit on the counter, which takes place after our only attack of the second half. 2-0 everyone gets on McD's back.

Now, that won't do much for morale. Much better - go to Man U. Park the bus. Hope for the best, bring on Bryn  for the equaliser before they score a late winner with Chicentikka or whatever his name is, blasting from a mile off and it deflecting in off Ledge's butt. No shame, no harm done, all pleased with a battling performance. Concentrate on the league. If we win, even better.

Or we go there and play like we did against ARSEnal and get thumped 5-0

Surely this is what we want from the cup. No great satisfaction would be derived from another performance like that against Sheffield United whereas to go to Old Trafford and get a result would be something really special.

The same way we played that got us 4-0 after 30 mins?

I was more thinking the way we played for the next
85 minutes which we lost 7-1. Or the second game which was lost 5-2.
