unfortunately it's easier and more cost effective to blame one person, the manager !

Guess what? That's normally what happens in the real world when people/teams fail to perform! Managers in all walks of life are paid good money to ensure their people/teams perform well. Shyte managers can turn good people into poor teams.

And so can you. You fcuking Whitney dullard. You must be delighted.

No, I'm absolutely livid but it's the thickos who keep excusing the manager who will ensure that this shyte form continues. When teams in our business fail to perform it's the managers that we hold accountable. Why should that be different in the business that is football?

So please explain what the hell McDermott has achieved since he arrived this time around and what the f*ck he is accomplishing over the last part of this season? I like Vydra but why the f*ck is he playing people that aren't even under contract with us for next season?

genome I am more pissed off at the in-team squabbling than I am at the defeat.

Boro will be promoted this season, they're a much better side and ground out a win as successful teams do. But fighting amongst ourselves? No time for that.

We made them look second rate at our place ...

We never should've sacked Nigel Adkins!

This place has gone into Fricking meltdown....

I'm not surprised. This is typical fooking Reading..... The players have no character whatsoever to throw a game away like that in the last minute. Just Fkng kick the ball in to row z when it's the last minute at a team like Boro. McDermott is right the manager but they are all the wrong players. They need changing. Wholesale changes needed. Let's build our midfield around Tish and Evans.

A team in form, goalscorer in form, incredibly early goal and Boro never got going.

You learn more about a team when the chips are down.

Sums up the season really - nice old Reading compete OK in general play, miss a great chance to win it, and then find a way to lose.

Last minute loss to top of the league away and the forums in meltdown? Didn't realise we'd all turned into Arsenal fans. Get a grip.

You haven't even given McDermott a chance you bell end.... Give him more than five minutes.

What you don't understand is that you can't keep changing a manager every 5 minutes. A manager needs alot of time to make a team win. And if they are not backed by the board then I don't care if Jose Mourinho is our manager he won't achieve F*ck all either.

And Vydra is playing because he's the best player we've got....

Would you rather Rakels lead the line?

No wonder McDermott is struggling when the board tell him he can't have his choice Connor Washington. He has to take some F*ker ganster wannabe from Latvia instead.

I'm so looking forward to some great Thai signings this summer.

Great players from Latvia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Papua New Guinea.

I'm sure our brilliant Thai scouting network is going to give Head Coach Brian McDermott some outstanding characters to work with next year!

Beaten by a better team away from home...just.

SO?

Vydra misses a chance. It happens. Strikers miss chances.

SO?

FFS sort it out HNA. The seasons a right off. I don't give a toss what happens as long as we don't go down.

Brian will sort it out for next season. If he doesn't well sack him. And Vydra will be gone anyway. Who cares.

Last time he proved that he wasn't out of his depth. What type of recruiter are you? You wanna hire someone with no track record at all? That is just a complete shot in the dark. Success absolutely not guaranteed.

We lost to the top team in the last minute, sack the manager!

"We're not Real Madrid we're not Barcelona" but some of our fans seem to think we are.

If McDermott had been recruiting over the last 3 years we wouldn't have this bunch of weak characters at the club. He would bring in the right people.

People don't want to give him the time to sort out a huge mess.

Frustrating to lose but sounds like we competed pretty well and were unfortunate to narrowly lose to a team destined for promotion. Not going to over-react to it.

The Williams/McShane incident is a bit more concerning.

God bless those hearty souls travelling up to that dark, dingy wasteland.

I bet they all took some belief for next year because our manager is a 'tryer'.
