normally i'd download this through itunes but as i'm at work i thought i'd download through your link but unfortuantely when i play it you both sound like shaking robots, any idea whether this is just me or whether it's your podcast? I've tried downloading twice but still the same problem.

But please can you reduce the number of cliches, if possible?
