I heard rumours that Southampton wanted one of our players on loan, anyone have any info?

Make it a whole Snickers and we've got a deal.

I love Frazzles.

Michail Antonio was DIRE last night and hauled off at half time against the Mighty Gulls.

That's a shame, I thought he looked quite lively in the few snippets I have seen him play.

Still, he's young and got time to get better.

Half a game is hardly going to damage his career.

AP reported that Andersen was poor at Torquay however he's now getting good reviews on his current loan.

Inexperienced youngsters are always likely to produce some bad performances, Antonio looked totally ineffective the first time he played for the reserves and very raw when he made his first team debut.

It's interesting that he didn't have a good game but of little or no long term significance. For what it's worth I saw Adie Willaims make his debut and he was absolutely clueless.

Notts County away wasn't it? So bad I felt sorry for him (not that any of us had heard of him at the time).

Reporting on what i saw Sun Tzu. Andersen is one of the worst keepers I've seen at Torquay, and that is saying something. But he's doing well for Bristol Rovers by all a counts.

Antonio was off at half time, his one contribution was a shot that went out for a throw. Not saying he'll be rubbish forever but last night he was toilet.

Absolutely, and fair and interesting comment which I think is well worth having ! I wasn't intending to dismiss the observations rather to at least give the youngsters a bit of slack and not have others think that becasue of a few iffy games at this stage they aren't going to be any good.

The one thing if I was being fair on Andersen was he joined Torquay at a time where the confidence was a bit rocky anyway and they were trying to get promoted, was a bit of pressure for a young keeper. He was dump though!

As for Antonio he's got pace, a long throw but lots to work on!

Mullins was a centre back in our youth and reserve teams but wasn't quite big enough to make the grade. Has been steadily making a name for himself as a right back.

We could do a lot worse...

This could be interesting. Waddock obviously knows about Davies from his time wth the Shite so that will be straight forward. Plus, it is at a higher level than his two years with the Shite. I felt that the second year was wasted on him. He really needed either a better league 2 side or League 1. I hope he does well.

Brilliant. I think Scott will break through for us eventually, but he does need to get some game-time. Might even mosey along to watch them at some point.
