Maguire Just seen his goal v Preston.
Only player in the Reading squad who would've scored that.

Yeah it pleases me no end when I see him casually strolling back without a care in the world after losing the ball uneccessarily for the umpteenth time.

Likewise m8, likewise.
I'd be over the moon if Kebe could turn my opinion round, just like Sonko and Hunt did. However, if Kebe does suddenly turn into a good player like they did, lets hope he won't then go back the other way rapidly!!

1871royalsurz_1871 You might not of heard it from where you sit, but i will back The Royal We up on that. I sit in Y20 and have heard people booing Kebe when his name has been read out.
Kebe isn't crap at all, he is just more frustrating than crap because we all know what he can do, it's just a case of him producing week in week out on a regular basis.
Completely agreed, I sit in Y24 and heard Kebe's name being booed when read out.
Hes a professional footballer so it probably shouldn't affect him but the boo boys at home don't help. I don't think its a coincidence that in his last few away starts including the back end of last season he played really well. You can tell Kebe needs an arm round the shoulder, for e.g when he scored against Plymouth last season he looked almost apologetic (one of the most peculiar celebrations I've ever seen).
At home games I think that some people almost want him to mess up. So many people around me blamed him for the goal on Sat (maybe im wrong), but considering that every player was behind the ball when kebe cleared it, its wasn't Kebes fault probably Fed or O'Dea.

Big Foot I sit in Y24 too, never heard Kebe's name been booed but I do hear one very loud bloke in probably Row CC or similar who slags him off consistently throughout EVERY home game.

floyd__streeteWoodcote Royal And if he decides it's not worth the bother when playing in front of ignorant twats who slag him off regardless before posting their ill informed nonsense on these pages, I wouldn't blame him.
Yep, what these people should do is wait in their car parked in the MadStad car park until the team is announced on the radio so as they can decide whether the line-up meets with their satisfaction.

Upper West Ginger It is precisely because we know that he can have moments of sheer genius and can terrorise defences that it is all the more maddening when he has one of his "what-am-I-doing-here" moments, standing still and wondering what to do next.
The guy has some unusual footballing skills, but is utterly inconsistent and unpredictable.
If he ever got to be consistently good, we would either get promoted or he would get sold to a Premier League team.
Come on Jimmy, let's have another good match from you on Saturday.

He'd need a footballing intelligence to do that and sadly he has demonstrated on many an occasion that he doesn't have that.
Skills can make you a great player on your day, but with out the brain to back them up you'll never be a consistently great player.
