It's certainly promising that our academy sides success seems to be more in line with the top sides, hopefully that will have a massive long-term benefit to the first team.

It certainly points us in the right direction. Its unfortunate that the top sides then sell off their academy players and buy top foreign players meaning we would struggle to compete.

People forget that praise should go to the players who in the early season played for the U21s and did not play
under NA First Team Squad, at a time when they were playing the likes of Tarique and Samuel (Funny how they have done so well in spite) and the rest were Hyam, Sweeney, Shaughnessy...etc. They also helped towards promotion of the U21s

Nice for the U10's but equally these are kids who aren't even in secondary school and already the club are hyping them. Let them learn and develop and give them exposure in 5-6 years time.

What rot. Nobody is being hyped.

All they are doing is publicising the achievements of the Academy - it would be a bit silly to keep it all a secret.

Under 18's beat West Ham 2-1 to take them top of Group 2 with one game to play. Team in 2nd finished and team in 3rd 2 points behind, so a draw might be enough to finish top of group 2.

And that sneaks us ahead of Derby again!

No -middlesborough will still have one match left-away to stoke and will still be 3 pts ahead of the royals .

Yes we could. If Middlesbrough lose today and we win then it is in our hands as we have scored more goals and the goal difference is only +2 in their favour which would be wiped out with those results.

No we can`t -it might be in our hands but we couldn`t win it on Monday-think about it !

R & R is right. We would be top of the league on goal difference but a heavy defeat in our last game (to West Brom I think) could mean our GD ends up being worse than Boro's.
