"You've got the best part of the dressing room, there - that's Puscas lucky peg, that is."

"Hey, hear that lads? I've got Ferenc Puskas lucky peg!"

"No - George, George Puscas."

I'd like it to be Wilder, but think it'll be Wellens. If it is, will Hunt be his assistant, or go back to the U23s?

Alan Nixon saying we want to move quick. Have spoken to a few managers, some in work. Wilder has been spoken to apparently.

All very well saying you want it quick but if the bloke you really want wants to take 2/3 weeks to consider his position and other offers that he may have you can really only push it so far.

Also like to point out that Reading can’t speak to any managers in a job without that manager’s current club’s approval which I think would be hard to do without something leaking into the media (and no I don’t think Reading are big enough to pull a ”Brooking”).

...or a platform like Football Focus to declare live on national tv that we'll get our man by whatever means.

If Wednesday sack Moore and move in on Wilder, is Moore worth a shout for us?

Decent records at Donny and West Brom compared to what we're used to and just had Wednesday good enough for autos any other season...

No, not impressed with Moore all that much. Luckily though can’t see Wilder going to Wednesday even if the owls sack Moore.

Listening to Nathan Jones on Sky Sports I think we’re made for him.

Well Paul Ince should take note of this interview with Nathan when he was at Southampton

Sounds like a load of Rodgersesque bollocks to me.

Not the worst appointment but nowhere near some of the candidates mentioned.
I'd rather Michael Duff. I like the positivity his team's show.

Darren Moore would go in with the rest for me. Not bad, but I aren't sitting up and taking notice really. I don't think he's a bad manager, I'd just anticipate he'd do an ok job with us, which I suppose is an improvement on what we've had (but having said that, anyone would be, hence why we are looking for a manager).
