Actually, IMO it's the symbol that is the current downfall of HNA. It allows the more senior poster to come across as condescending and creates animosity among the lower ranks. Leading to a rather nasty atmosphere particularly on the TB, where the AE lot come over just to say how crap the board is, and then retire back to their area of solitude to debate the finer points of the free-market economy.
