Pepe the Horseman So, a guy who hasn't kicked a ball for a year and a half, went for a trial at a well known Spanish club, and decided not to join them because the set up wasn't as good as Readings? Think he's having you on m8.

genome No, his m8 works in the Megastore, and his colleague in the stock room heard it from Jimmy's old m8 who is the brother of one of the coaches who worked at Reading in the 2009/10 season.

Nah, only time Ive been in the store was to buy one of those awful Fleeces as by mistake i put my wives coat in the car. It was mid January!

Mmm, a little concerning.

Hopefully there's no resentment building up between him and the club as a result of all this.

It's probably just in reaction to the Mallorca move breaking down, as someone commented "you're too good for Mallorca, gotta be fair on the opposition here" which he favourited.

Sounds like he recognises that he's no longer 1st in the queue and needs to really step it up now if he's going challenge for a place in the 1st Team anytime soon, which is not how it appeared a year ago.

And / or that Mallorca don't want him and that suddenly he's waking up to the fact that he's not as good as he's been led to believe whilst in the age groups.

It might be the making of him.

Or (as Winchester said) it might cause resentment - let's hope it's the former.

Let's just say that there's resentment, but it isn't (primarily) between Aaron Kuhl and the club.

He's out of favour for reasons that are completely out of his control.

So basically his dad and Steve Clarke don't get on.

Yeah basically.

Hope what I've been told is a load of horseshit, because it's obviously very worrying if Clarke would do that, but it makes a lot of sense and I have no reason not to believe it.
