Svlad Cjelli READING 3 CRYSTAL PALACE 2, 2005
Quite simply the game that had everything - you literally dare not take your eyes off it for a second for fear of missing something happening. End to end stuff, pure tension throughout.
READING 3 MIDDLESBORO 2, 2006
After a summer of fears and trepidation, all our worst nightmares seemed to come true in the first half hour, and we were all looking forward to a season of thrashings. Then Nicky Shorey picked the ball up and ran at Boro, and the whole team and the stadium seemed to pick their heads up. The most-buzzing half-time ever, after two quick goals just before the break, and real changes in emotion.

Give anything to have my own TARDIS and be able to live those two seasons over again. Sad isn't though that being a Reading supporter 99% of the time we have to always look back at what was once rather than what is now!
My 3 are
Reading 4-3 Plymouth Argyle
Best. Comeback. Ever.
Reading 5-0 Derby County
Total complete annihilation of the opposition in about 20 minutes after toying with them for an hour or so
Reading 3-2 Middlesbrough
Why can't we get a DVD of the complete game?

Big Foot The Archie Wolves game at Elm Park
5-0 vs Derby to win the league
And an obscure one, 1-1 draw vs Ipswich in January 2004 (or possibly 05). Dire game for 88 minutes, Darren Bent scores in 89th minute for them and Ipswich fans go wild only for Scott Murray to latch onto one of Hahnemann's long goal kicks and cross it in for Owusu to equalise in 91st minute

So memorable you've confused a black man and an Icelandic Centre Back.
And Scott Murray didn't play that day - as we'd already sold him.

Svlad Cjelli READING 3 NOTTINGHAM FOREST 0, 2003
A consummate second half performance, inspired by Kevin Watson, thrashed the team who were European champions in my youth. The day I realised that little-old Reading might be on the verge of something big. Then Pardew buggered off and it was delayed by a couple of years, but still happened in the end.

Barney Top 3...no order...
Reading 5 Tranmere 0 (THE Robin Friday goal game) 1976-ish
Reading 4 Plymouth 3 (as already mentioned)
Newport 0 Reading 2 (the 13th league win on the spin in 1985)
Great memories. Thanks for cheering up the board !!
