Keegan is paid to be an 'expert summariser' and comes out with crap like:

'If Long had pace, he'd already be in the Premier League. He's getting cleverer which will help him but if he had a bit more pace he'd already be in the Premiership!'

He probably thinks Bolt is short of a yard or two of pace too!

Don't think Long is actually that quick. He's hardly slow, or even average pace, but he doesn't actually win that many races for the ball.

Beckford still not turned up!

Waddle shows he knows more about our team than Keegan, disagreeing with him about Long's supposed lack of pace and pointing out how he was already using it in the game.

Agreed. Everton are in complete control so far and are looking much faster paced...

Tbf, we are struggling against mediocre Championship sides, we don't have much chance tonight. That defence is the slowest I have ever known in 20 years of watching Reading. We should be eaten up and spat out with ease tonight. Chewing not required.

Still 0-0. Can't argue with that!

Agreed, but I have no problem with losing tonight - as long as we give it a go rather than bending over and lubing up.

Just wish someone else besides Ledge wanted to keep possession of the ball...

Anyone who complains about the atmosphere at the Mad Stad should listen to this game - I just heard someone open a packet of crisps.
