Numpty bookmaker on sky sports news just said the same thing. He also went on to say that Wembley will suit swansea as 'they play with wingers'

The more they big up the Jacks the happier i am, i'd still rather go as the underdogs than the favourites...

LondonRoyal1871 I've not heard a single person say that in real life - everyone I meet keeps saying how it would be a travesty if there was a Welsh team in the EPL.
Those who are all for it are either Welsh or support a premier league team in desperate need of a guaranteed 6 points next season.

swansea jack Yawn. Didn't the FA invite us in?

Funny enough, didn't the Welsh FA create the Welsh league and invite you to leave the Football League in order to join that league? I seem to recall that both you and Cardiff gave them the proverbial finger.

Every person I've spoken with wants Reading to win. They may just be saying that to make me feel good of course.

True, and when Newport County said the same they banned them from playing in Newport.

They had to play their home games at Moreton-in-the-Marsh, eighty miles from Somerton Park.

I know cos I ran it with 3 others over a couple of days, arriving at the ground just before kick-off

Newport fought through the courts and overturned the ban.

Chill out everyone it's only a bit of fun.

We haev some Welsh teams in the English league and English football is better for it.

It would therefore be "nice" (and no more) to have a Welsh team in the Prem.

But Welsh/English is all a bit irrelevant really. We're all in the same league.
