Jimmy has signed the same contract that was offered to him a number of weeks ago, and has committed to what is hopefully a bright and ambitious future for the club with potential investment from Thames Sports Investment.

would back up the comments of those who said it wasnt to do with money- it was to do with him wanting us to not let our best players go every year

Well he wasn't doing a very good job of being the next black hole filler, that's for sure.

Probably more down to finding out he doesn't have to play with Simon Church next season

I can't be the only one thinking that Jimmy's just a lazy fukker and hadn't got round to signing it yet.

judging by the faith McD has shown already i wouldnt automatically assume church will be going anywhere- manset is far more likely imo, and even then probably only on loan

to be fair to Kebe.. near the end of contract and he clearly sees a lack of ambition at club ...then rightly he'd be off..

.there are martyrs around but only for a good cause ..and very few of them are in football ... new investors have prb given him some assurance that there is ambition now ....

Fantastic news.

I know Kebe can be frustrating but ask most neutrals that have watched us and they'll say Kebe is our most dangerous player.

Also, can you name me a better winger in The Championship?

I saw Antonio & HRK make very little impression on a poor Hull side on Saturday.

I think that's a little unfair on Antonio TBF...... He gave the Hull LB a torrid time, he got to the byline and put in a number of good crosses. He had a better than HRK did.....

thats nonsense

the positives - he was strong, he tracked back, he was always looking to go past a player
the negatives-every cross he put in was awful or in the wrong place, his decision making is appalling, he still looks incredibly raw

HRK had a good first half, but faded terribly in the second, though that was when the whole team went mental

Boris paid him a visit and made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

This means we can actually sell him for money in the summer rather than lose him for nothing. Good stuff.
