philM Hunt was onside.

This is just after the ball is played to him...

Thats definitive in my book.

Onside.

(FTR - our 5th looked to me to be rightly ruled out because Roberts - despite doing brilliantly - played the ball after it had crossed the line, so was out of play; big LOL to Gubba on the FL Show wondering if it was ruled out cos Noel was offside.....from a ball played backwards... )

Given the KUMBers response to another photo clearly showing that Hunt was onside involved saying it was before the ball was played and a generous angle so he was two yards off. That is clearly a photoshopped effort and Hunt was actually on the six yard line at the time.

DeLOLuded.

We actually have far more reason to moan about the officials' application of offside although it didn't cost us a goal because our defenders carried on defending and didn't stop dead in their tracks.

In the first half a diagonal ball was played from their right to left into space behind our defence . The West Ham player in the centre, who was clearly offside, ran towards the ball taking a covering defender with him. However, because as he had his hands up in the air as he ran forward, and then left the ball to the player on his left, the officials decided he wasn't active!!

Fair enough when a forward runs back towards his own goal with his hands up he isn't normally deemed to be offside but since when did the hands up exemption apply to running towards the opponents goal?!

Your fans aren't as good as you think they are.

Your team is massively under performing.

Your wage bill is unsustainable.

And your ground is in one of the biggest sh1tholes in the UK.

Chin up you muggy c@nts!

Gotta feel for Russell Brand. Not getting to boff Katy Perry anymore AND seeing his beloved greatest team the world has ever seen turned over by a load of plastic kants with no history.

The rest of English footy is laughing at your implosion.

Good win for Reading, but I thought you'd got promotion the way your fans reacted to that win. Nothing is won yet.

Sorry, I guess we all forgot that it was just a win that put us 4 points clear of the team we had just dispatched handily on their own turf.

It's what happens when you support a club at a match it's one of the great things about being there live as opposed to sitting at home watching it on your sofa.

The West Ham game wasn't televised. How did you watch it?

Ian Herring
Badger Finger Knees up Mother Brown?

Knees up by your ears, as you're sat in the corner of a bleak council estate bathroom in Barking, rocking like a Romanian orphan. Crying acidic, estuary tears as you believe your beloved football team should be better than they are because they played football on the floor in 1994, and some of your players were involved in a succesful national team 50 years ago.

The LOLeague table never lies my guttural friends...

Beautiful piece of prose there, BF.

Seconded. Favourite post of the weekend.
