They were all seated in a block together on two rows. They were not individuals who had decided to walk out.

To all the fans leaving early...

thanks for actually clearing out instead of blocking the stairs and entrance to the concourse like the usual cocktards.

Big Ern
MmmMonsterMunch Shame on you. Stay until the end & back the boys. I just cannot understand why people do not stay until the end to applaud the team.

Many, myself included, may consider it crazy to leave with 10 minutes left or even before the full tiem whistle, but it's a free world and they pay their money so can chose to leave whenever they want. Who knows if they had other committments more important than a football later that evening, or whether they just didn't want to wait for ages to get out of the car park.

Irrespective of judging people who you know nothing about and their committments, rest assured the author of the thread is a "Better Fan" than these obvious traitors.

Oh give over. Don't want to wait ages to get out of the car park.....what a lame excuse for missing generally the best part of most matches. Do they need to get back for Midsomer Murders & Horlicks?

I think people who stay until the end & clap the team off ARE better fans. The players deserve that much don't they??

Excellent.

So I drive a near 200 mile round trip for every home game, but if I wanted to leave 5 mins early to get home before 7.30pm that means I've let the players down?

Yes it's disappointing to see your own fans walking out before the end of a game, but it will always happen.

For some reason their main objective of the day is to beat the traffic out of the ground.

I thought out of every home game this season thats the one where most people stayed right till the end. The hermits who left early was some sort of day out from the local old peoples home.

It staggers me how a good third of the ground can be empty before the final whistle has even blown. Was the same against Leicester & that was a cracking performance as was Blackpool. You're telling me ALL those people are in such a big rush for something...Nah sorry.

Presumably if we secure promotion at home there'll be some thinking "Quick lets miss out watching the celebrations as we can get to J11 in 15 mins as opposed to 20"!!

They were not fans. They were the BUS DRIVERS.

WAKE UP.

So all the people that left with 5/10 minutes to go were bus drivers? There must be a lot of bus drivers that go to games then!

You pays your money you take your choice. It never bothers me that people leave early and I am sure they have all got legitimate reasons for doing so.

You are obviously not focused on the match if you are observing the stairwells!!

Exactly. We generally are shooting towards the North 2nd half & so you have to face the main stairwell & watch them all streaming out when watching the action from where I sit.

Good on them. We'd played about an hour against the 10 men of a mid table team that shipped 7 against Forest a couple of weeks ago and barely managed a shot on target. They paid their money and had every right to show what they thought of the performance.

If they want to leave early and possibly miss goals then thats their own stupid fault. Yes its annoying but it will always happen.

They got exactly what they deserved today by missing the winning goals.

Cannot believe this has two pages. Was in the nags and once everyone realised it was the bus drivers who unfortunately for them have to leave ten minutes early laughed our heads off that sky focused on them and were taking the piss out of them.

And yet people on here are still ignorantly complaining. I hate people that leave early but this thread was angry at these bus drivers doing their jobs on a bank holiday. Seriously people should get a life and stop complaining unbelievingly ignorantingly at people leaving due to their JOBS.

Considering how many late goals we've got this season I find it strange that people are in such a massive rush to go before the match is done.
