I was wondering if anyone else was thinking that the Premier League could be waiting for everything to go through, due to the fact that Boris Zingarevich previously bid for Everton, and pulled out what the logic and score is on this front.

I really hope it goes through, but I'd be interested in seeing the further details of why their link with Everton went bad
