Pepe the Horseman
Divvy In a midfield as bad as ours, it was crying our for a calm head like Bryn's. Instead we sign an unfit Caricco.

Bryn would still be better than Leigertwood too.

His treatment over the last 2 seasons has been pretty disappointing for me. He can't do a full 90 minutes, sure, but a 60 yes!

Lol. He wasn't the answer five years ago when we got relegated from the Prem, so he sure as hell wasn't the answer this time round.

That wasn't my point. My point being the midfield is so full of utter shite that he would have been a better bet tha Caricco and Leigertwood. A much better passer of the ball. A calm head. Just what we've been missing, even just for 60 minutes. It just highlights how bad we really are when, and no disprespect to Bryn, we could have used him!

Neither Mcd or Hammond are the answer looking at the state of affairs this season

What if the question is "Name Reading's Manager or Director of Football"?

Bryn is trying hard not to take the smile off his face at the re start he is so chuffed a great image. Man Utd away superb towering header to silence OT. Thank you Bryn gone never forgoten the ultimate un sung hero.

Tbf, the Absolute Pony part was a low blow, but the second part was just about bang on really.

Of course he was always a bit part player, and the fact that he still went about his job with dedication, never offering complaint, is one of the reasons he's so appreciated.

Absolute pony as a player is a shambolic statement given the moments of great quality he produced, almost always in the big games. A magnificient headed goal at Old Trafford. A cracker against Liverpool. A superb assist to knock Liverpool out of the cup. A beauty at Ewood Park to cap our best-ever season. And inches away from what would have been one of the great Reading goals, given the context, at home to Man United in the cup.

As for the testimonial, who cares about that anyway. I give far more of a shit about Gunnar than I ever did about Parkinson, mind.

Ah, that goal at Ewood...when the free-kick was smashed into the wall, the Rovers fans began to go "weh-hey" , but hadn't reached the end of the taunt before the ball was nestling in the back of their net, smashed in by the Brynnator.

where we kept him on past his sell by date, on good pay, and helped him through his coaching licences?
lol.

anyway- farewell sweet prince. you will always have a place in my heart.
my favourite reading player of the past 10 years.

for the nutmeg and cross, for that great header, for the penalty won vs liverpool, for slotting in anywhere on the pitch and putting in mostly hugely impressive displays.
LEGEND. GOD

i will miss you terribly

That header that got us a draw at O/T in the cup, then he smashed one against the bar in the replay that would have dawn us level after trailing 3-0 legend, name a stand after him.

He walked past me outside Asda ( Lower Earley ) last week.

Wished I'd known he was leaving as I'd stopped him and shook his hand.
