We seem to miss jobi, never thought id say it, so for that reason I'll leave him out :D Obita should bring a little excited and energy as he would be given a good chance to shine.

--McCleary--Karacan--Guthrie--Drenthe--
----------------Ugwu--Alfie---------------

What id like is for strikers to he played up front, full backs played on their correct side, wingers on the wings. You know. That sort of thing

Alf was particularly crap on the wing, as he was against Oman. He's a poacher and mostly useless out of the 6 yard box.

I'd expect:

----------------McCarthy--------------

Gunter---Morrison--Pearce--Bridge

----------------Guthrie----------------

------Karacan--------Williams-------

Drenthe---------------------McAnuff

-------------Le Fondre------------

Subs: Feds, Kelly, Gorkss, Akpan, Drenthe, Blackman, HRK

Although id like to see Drenthe dropped to the bench to ground him a bit.

Groundhog Day!

Nice to see where your priorities lie.

We could play a strong side, or we could change lots of stuff. I know which I'd choose.

Define Strong Side?

You're not far off what'll happen, but i'd go;
Feds
Kelly Morro Pearce Bridge
McCleary Guthrie Karacan Drenthe
Williams
Le Fondre

McCarthy is too slow with the ball. Feds had numerous assists with quick distribution to the wide men.

Bit stupid dropping McCarthy after an MOTM performance.

Pick any 11 players, just make sure Drenthe isn't in the starting 11 please. Lazy, fat and slow, totally unbalances the side and has no end product.

McCarthy
Gunter Morrison Pearce Bridge
Guthrie Karacan
McCleary McAnuff Kanu
Blackman

McCarthy is an accident waiting to happen with his balls out of the box. Couple of times yesterday we would pass across the 18 yard line to within 5 feet of an opponent. One day....

Just seen u21 game for today - fuming!

Ugwu, Obita, Samuel, Tshibola all start today, which probably menas they won't be involved v Leeds even without Pog.

When will Adkins give them a chance when the club keep spouting on about investing in youth.

Well Obita came off at half time so is most likely injured and Samuel just Baggio'd a penalty.

Obita subbed at HT. Ugwu and Keown subbed after 60. Perhaps they are being kept back for Weds after all. Fingers crossed

Royal91
One8Seven1 Drop this diamond or 4-5-1 nonsense and go back to 4-4-2. We're crying out for two out and out wingers in the side, and we keep hearing just how good our wingers are, yet they're we're lacking width and produce sod all through the middle.

For a side that has so many CM's in it, we get cut open and bullied off the ball so easily it's embarrassing. There's no balance in the side, and we're getting caught out of possession far too often.

F**k knows what's the answer, but back to basics seems a decent place to start.

------------------------------- McCarthy -------------------------------

Gunter ---------- Morrison ------------ Pearce -------------- Bridge

McCleary -------- Guthrie ------------- Williams ---------- Drenthe

----------------- Le Fondre ------------- Ugwu -----------------------

THIS TEAM 100%

Get Ugwu in, some pace and power. We need some new blood to re-energise the crowd,
